Meet The Therapist

As a therapist, I have worked with a variety of ages, but find passion in helping children navigate their changes. Growing up comes with a variety of new things that can sometimes prove to be challenging for not only the little ones, but their family members too. My priority is to meet families where they are at, while using different modalities to initiate change together.
 

I offer both talk and play therapy, and believe that allowing the child to be their most comfortable self will lay the best foundation for progress moving forward. I work from a strength-based perspective recognizing that each person, no matter their age, comes with their own courage to face new changes.
