About Mariah (she/her)
Going to therapy is a big decision and I am here to help! I graduated in 2015 with my master's degree in Social Work, with a concentration in mental health. I have over 10 years of experience dealing with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, substance use, adjustment, grief, trauma and more.
As a clinician, my main goal is to provide a safe space for clients to grow and learn. I have a range of experience working in local schools, hospitals and community agencies. I am currently serving clients ages 8-27 years old.
I know that for many people taking that first step is a hard decision, I would love to help make taking that step easier! Trying to navigate life without the appropriate tools can be difficult. Everyone is unique, and it takes time to find what works best for each individual. I provide a judgement-free zone for all of my clients, to work towards being their best selves!
Clients describe me as open-minded, down-to-earth and welcoming. As a therapist, I try to maintain a safe space where clients are able to express themselves freely and have the ability to heal.
