I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties, self-worth issues, conflict resolution, communication difficulties,and stress-related challenges.

 

I firmly believe that people have an innate capacity for resilience and growth. With the right support, skills, and resources, individuals can learn to navigate life's challenges and emerge stronger. I am passionate about helping people discover their own path toward resilience by identifying strengths, building practical coping strategies, and developing the tools needed to support lasting emotional and mental well-being.
